Returning to Leopallooza as your Friday night headline act on the Main Stage, and following a hugely successful performance at the BBC's Biggest Weekend in Belfast, is the high-energy, highly visual live experience that is Public Service Broadcasting.
The band have toured internationally to packed venues, and in 2015 they were announced as nominees in the Vanguard breakthrough category of the fourth annual Progressive Music Awards, which they won.
Public Service Broadcasting’s uniquely spell-binding live AV transmissions see them weave samples from old public information films, archive footage and propaganda material around live drums, guitar, banjo and electronics as they teach the lessons of the past through the music of the future – beaming our past back at us through vintage TV sets and state of the art modern video projection devices.
Every Valley, the band's latest album released in 2017, received outstanding reviews pretty much across the board, and their performance at Leopallooza in 2016 was unquestionably one of the highlights in the festivals 12 year history.
With Saturday headliner Kelis and Sunday headliner St Paul and The Broken Bones already announced, along with acts such as Roni Size, Rat Boy, The Go! Team and Tom Grennan, Public Service Broadcasting join the biggest line up in the festival's history. It's a long weekend in Cornwall that you definitely don't want to miss...
