From humble beginnings to working with Billy Porter, Joss Stone, Kimberly Davis and Teni Tinks, it’s been quite a ride for The Shapeshifters, taking in teenage raving, mammoth DJ tours, seminal residencies in London and Ibiza and a global smash hit with Lola’s Theme. From the dancefloors of Ibiza to house/disco crossovers with Glitterbox, they’re an established and iconic force. Their latest release Let Loose landed via Glitterbox Recordings in December 2022. The record, like the artist, transcends the vagaries of the dance music world, holds true to its roots and yet remains relevant and forward-thinking. With 2023 set to be their most exciting year to date, Simon Marlin and his supremely talented team continue to break down barriers and set the musical bar ever higher.
