It takes a lot to run a festival - year-round we employ a small team who are busily making magic behind the scenes, with the workforce extending into the hundreds in the weeks surrounding the festival, when a dedicated army of skilled employees and a small team of specially selected volunteers work tirelessly to bring it all to life.
ROLES: We have various roles available within our team, from staffing our bars over the weekend, to painting sets, to operating heavy machinery. Just specify which roles you think you would be suitable for in our form above.
PAYMENT: Depending on the role and your experience, we have both paid and voluntary positions available. All volunteers will be offered a weekend festival ticket in exchange for 10 hours of skilled work.
LONG TERM: We are always on the lookout for future team members, and if you fit in well with our tight-knit team, we will consider you for longer term roles.
