STEWARDING APPLICATION FORM

Thank you very much for your interest in Leopallooza and your application to assist us! We are ready to fill our stewarding schedule with friendly faces, to help with the smooth arrival and departure of our festival goers. Specific roles will be designated on the day. Please note that where group applications have been submitted, we cannot guarantee that you will be stationed in the same area.

Roles will include:

  • Stewarding in our car park

  • Directing festival traffic

  • Collecting parking fees

  • Managing our campsite areas and checking tickets

  • Wristband allocation

Here's what is on offer:

FRIDAY 21 JULY
40 positions available

10-12 hour shifts starting between 09:00-10:00am, finished in time to get in the arena for the main acts!

Satisfactory completion of a 10 hour shift on Friday will earn you a weekend general camping wristband. Additional hours over 10hours will be paid at £10.50 per hour. If you want to upgrade your general camping ticket to one of our alternate camping areas you can pay the difference to upgrade at the box office (Live-in vehicles/Premium camping/Family camping).

SATURDAY 22 JULY
14 positions available

8 hour shift - 10:00-18:00

These shifts are paid at £10.50 per hour - that's £84 to boost your weekend fund!

SUNDAY 23 JULY
14 positions available

8 hour shift - 10:00-18:00

These shifts are paid at £10.50 per hour - that's £84 to boost your weekend fund!

MONDAY 24 JULY
12 positions available

If you're dependable enough to be awake for an 8am start then please apply for this one too!

6 hour shift - 08:00-14:00

These shifts are paid at £10.50 per hour. Possibility of an earlier finish, depending on how desperate our campers are to get home to their own beds!

With the volume of applicants, we're sorry to say there may not be enough positions for everyone.

We will fill our schedule as your responses come in, first come first serve. You will receive confirmation if you have been designated a shift.
