If you have any questions regarding your ticket order, please contact our ticketing partner Gigantic with your ticket reference number at the ready. You would have bought your ticket through Gigantic if you bought it through our website ticket page.

Bought your ticket through Twickets or another ticket re-sale platform? Please contact us at office@thewyldesgroup.com, we will help you if we can. Please note that Twickets is the only ticket re-sale site we recommend. We do not recommend buying tickets from sites such as Viagogo.
